Vincent Bergin is an Assurance Partner in the Audit Services team of EY’s Financial Services Organisation. Vincent has over 25 years of experience and has worked almost exclusively in the financial services area, in both Ireland and the US. He is also closely involved with the firm’s advisory services, particularly the structuring of fund and securitisation vehicles, and compliance with regulatory provisions.

Vincent has provided services to the funds industry for over 22 years, specialising in structuring services to hedge funds, securitisation vehicles and non-retail banks and compliance with regulatory provisions.

Vincent holds a post-graduate qualification in Financial Services Law and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
