Jayanta Auddy is an Associate partner and has been with the firm for more than 12 years. He has significant experience within the Structured Finance, Private Equity, Asset Management, Banking and Aircraft Leasing sectors. Jayanta leads the delivery of a number of IFRS 9 assurance services to different types of institutions.

Jayanta leads the assurance services of a number of listed structure finance entities, leasing and hedge fund groups. He leads in providing agreed-upon procedures services to issuers, underwriters, investors, banking companies and other market participants in the structured finance and securitisation marketplace.

Jayanta works closely with 30 full-time structured finance professionals exclusively addressing the varying needs of issuers, underwriters and investors in the ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CDO and CLO markets. Jayanta has a combination of industry-specific skills that allows him to address the complex issues associated with securitisation transactions. His approach is to work collaboratively with stakeholders to increase the efficiency of each transaction, offer insights gained from market observations and minimise risk during the transaction life cycle.

Jayanta is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds a Masters of Commerce (M.Com) from the University of Calcutta, India.
