Eoin MacManus is Managing Partner for Ireland Financial Services and Deputy Managing Partner for EMEIA Financial Services.

He is responsible for implementing the strategic vision of EY FS in Ireland and in EMEIA. This includes the recruitment and retention of top talent, the development of the EY brand, and acting as a senior leadership contact for some of our most valued clients.

Day to day, Eoin aims to bring to life the tactical aspects of our business operations. He does this by working with our teams to develop an exceptional client service model that is built on deep sector insight, enablement technology and relevant benchmarking.

Internally, Eoin aims to build a better working world by creating an inclusive, diverse environment differentiated by an outstanding learning and development model.
