Conor McGoveran has over 20 years of experience working in the Internet industry across many sectors. He has been part of the development of technologies that are now considered the backbone of the cyber revolution, this includes telecoms, mobile, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), Network Operations, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Software as a Service (SaaS), E-Commerce and Fintech.

Over the past 15 years Conor has developed and implemented Information and Cyber Risk management methodologies. This includes implementing and advising on the implementation of standards such as ISO 27000, PCI DSS, HMG Security Policy Framework (SPF), PAS 555, NIST 800-53, MAC III and Cyber Essentials. In 2012 Conor developed the methodology for the award winning Risk Reduction Programme for a globally recognised brand. This programme provided a layer of threat analysis and risk management over the PCI DSS standard which enabled companies to articulate risks that stem from processing credit card payments. Conor also brought to market the SaaS based software which implemented this methodology which is now used by over 20 FTSE 250 companies.
