Alan O’Connor is a Senior Manager within the FS Technology Consulting team, specialising in the delivery of IT and Change Transformation Programmes within the Insurance and Banking sector.  Alan joined EY in 2017 having spent over 30 years working within the Insurance industry.

Alan has extensive experience in Programme Management having delivered large-scale IT and Change Programmes for a number of leading Life and Non-Life Insurance Companies. Since joining EY Alan has continued to assist clients in the delivery of strategic IT change programmes in both the Insurance and Banking sector as well as working with the EY Insurance Thought Leadership team to develop strategic insight for our clients.
