Partner and Head of Assurance Martina Keane will join other industry leaders from across Ireland to share knowledge and help shape a future for the industry underpinned by inclusivity and opportunity for all.

Martina – who was awarded Accountancy Leader of the year at the 2019 Women in Finance Awards – will take part in a fireside chat on the topic of 2020/2021 leadership styles, along with Maria Mileder, Global Head of Innovation at PayPal. Martina leads EY Financial Services Assurance, specialising in banking and insurance. She works extensively across the global insurance and banking landscape and has significant experience leading large teams in an environment where there is on-going change.
In her role, Martina is responsible for the development and leadership of financial services professionals and is passionate about driving innovation and developing high performing teams.
